Bookings
You can book a class or appointment and make payment for it in one of the following ways:

Call to pay
Please call 020 8698 0309 or 07505 366 123 (between 9am and 7pm) to make your payment. We accept payments via Maestro, Solo, Mastercard and Visa. You will need details of your credit/debit card and your billing address to make payments over phone.
Cash payments
Payments can be made in cash to the class instructors and therapists directly.
Bank transfer
You can make bank transfers to the following account:

Please state your name (and class or therapy where possible) for reference when you make payments by bank transfer.
Cancellation and refund policy
Please note that if you would like to cancel your booking, you need to to do so 24 hrs in advance for individual appointments. An administration fee will be charged for these cancellations which will be equal to 20 percent of the payment made. If cancellations are not made with adequate notice, no refunds will be made. Cancellation for class bookings is not possible once the payment has been made.
